We booked a move our service with this company and the experience was so great. Our apartment looked amazing and the team really knew what they were doing. We appreciated their thoroughness. They were thoughtful of our stuff. Honestly, very sad to be missing out on this company once we depart DC. They were very responsive and flexible with our schedule as well and got us in last minute. Shout out to the ladies you helped. You guys are amazing.

  The cleaners always did a great job. The owner did not. Not sure if she just devalues elderly folks but either way, she did a very bad job of managing schedules, calling us or texting back (for the most basic reason of wanting to schedule an appointment), each time kept changing the cleaning crew. Most recently, ignored messages from my very sweet (older) mom but was slightly more responsive to me. I hesitate to post negative reviews because people are just trying to get through tough times, but she never called back to cancel our most recent appointment - a no show - once again. I'm not sure why but it has left us in a lurch.

  A team of three cleaners came to do a move-in cleaning. We had done some painting, sheet-rocking and other construction projects, and the house felt dusty and unpleasant. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.  I plan to hire them on a regular basis.  Miryan was great at fitting me in with a very tight schedule.

  My family really likes their organic cleaning products.  Miryan and all the cleaning personnel who've been to our home are very professional.  Sometimes their arrival window is a little wide and we're not sure when they'll show up, but we don't have regularly scheduled appointments so we just appreciate them fitting us in.
